SECTION 450:27-3-21. Personnel policies and procedures

- (a) The facility shall have written personnel policies and procedures approved by the governing authority.(b) Current and complete copies of personnel policies and procedures shall be available to staff at each service location.(c) All employees shall have access to personnel policies and procedures, as well as other rules and regulations governing the conditions of their employment.(d) Compliance with 450:27-3-21 shall be determined by a review of written personnel policies and procedures, and other supporting documentation provided.
