SECTION 450:27-7-32. Behavioral health rehabilitation services; Individual and Group Services

- (a) The facility may offer behavioral health rehabilitation services in individual or group settings, other than or in addition to those defined 450:27-7-31.(b) Facility policy and procedures shall outline the way these services are provided, including but not limited to the populations served, staff qualifications for providing the service, and general design(s) by which these services are provided.(c) Individualized goals and personal preferences for consumers receiving this service shall be specifically addressed on service plans.(d) Compliance with 450:27-7-32 shall be determined by on-site observation; interviews with participants; interviews with staff; a review of policy and procedures; and a review of clinical records.
