SECTION 450:55-15-1. Personnel policies and procedures

- (a) The PACT shall have written personnel policies and procedures approved by the parent organization.(b) All employees shall have access to personnel policies and procedures, as well as other rules and regulations governing the conditions of their employment.(c) The PACT or parent organization shall develop, adopt and maintain policies and procedures to promote the objectives of the program and provide for qualified personnel during all hours of operation to support the functions of the center and provide quality care.(d) Compliance with 450:55-15-1 shall be determined by a review of written personnel policies and procedures and other supporting documentation provided.
