SECTION 450:60-5-3. Outpatient services

- (a) Programs that provide outpatient services shall offer a range of services to consumers based on their needs regarding emotional, social and behavioral problems. These outpatient services shall be provided or arranged for, and shall include, but not be limited to the following:(1) Individual psychotherapy;(2) Group psychotherapy/support groups;(3) Marital or family therapy;(4) Psychological/psychometric evaluations or testing;(5) Psychiatric assessments;(6) Food and nutrition consultation.(b) Outpatient psychotherapy services shall be provided by a licensed practitioner in the appropriate discipline.
