SECTION 450:70-6-11. Programs using opioid antagonist or long acting opioid agonist

- (a) The OTP shall have written policy and procedure stating a certified substance abuse facility providing a program using an experimental opioid blockade or a long acting agonist or partial agonist in the treatment of an opioid use disorder shall have documentation of approval by the Federal Drug Administration; and comply with all other federal and state statutes and regulations governing such programs.(b) The OTP shall have written policy and procedure stating the program shall provide at least two (2) hours of services per day before 8:00 A.M. or after 5:00 P.M. for dispensing and therapy/rehabilitation services.(c) The OTP shall have written policy and procedure stating that unless otherwise indicated all relevant sections of this chapter apply.(d) Compliance with 70-6-11 may be determined by:(1) A review of facility policy and procedures, and(2) Documentation of FDA approval.(3) Other facility documentation.
