Upon receipt of a petition for appeal, the Commission shall send a notice of appeal to the appointing authority or designated representative. The Executive Director may order a person or agency added as a party of record and that person or agency shall be sent a notice of appeal.

EDITOR’S NOTE: This emergency action expired before being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency amendatory action, the last effective permanent text is reinstated.
