SECTION 457:10-3-2. Locations for information and filing

  Any person may obtain information from, make a submission to, or make a request of the Commission by submitting a written request. Documents may be mailed to the Commission, or they may be hand-delivered during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state-designated holidays. The location and mailing address for the Commission is: Oklahoma Strategic Military Planning Commission, Office of the Governor, State Capitol Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73105. Telephone number for the Commission is [phone]. The date on which any document is actually received at the Office of the Governor shall be recorded as the date of filing.
