SECTION 45:25-5-4. Reporting required

No later than February 15^th, every Direct Shipper's Permit holder shall submit an annual report to the Commission containing the amount of wine it directly shipped into the State, and to how many separate individual consumers such wine was shipped during the previous calendar year. Failure of a licensee to annually report such information to the Commission shall result in the revocation of the Direct Shipper's Permit.
