SECTION 45:50-11-2. Penalty Schedule

- (a) The following violations of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be cause for mandatory revocation:(1) 3A - 406A(1)(2) 3A - 406A(2)(3) 3A - 406B(4) 3A - 406C(5) 3A - 407A(1)(6) 3A - 407A(2)(7) 3A - 407A(3)(8) 3A - 407B(3)(9) 3A - 426(b) All other violations of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be subject to a maximum penalty of:(1) A thirty (30) day license suspension and a $3,000.00 fine for the first violation;(2) A sixty (60) day license suspension and a $6,000.00 fine for a second violation;(3) A ninety (90) day license suspension and a $9,000.00 fine for a third violation; and(4) Revocation of license for a fourth violation.
