SECTION 460:10-10-5. Bonding requirements

- (a) No limited use permit shall be issued until the permit applicant submits a reclamation bond to the Department in an amount of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500,00).(b) A bond submitted to the Department for a limited use permit must comply with Subchapter 21, and Subchapter 25 of this Chapter, unless limited use permits are expressly excluded.(c) Liability under performance bond(s) applicable to a permit shall continue in effect until the work has been completed as determined by the Department pursuant to the requirements of the reclamation plan and this Chapter.
