SECTION 460:10-27-1. Purpose

This Subchapter sets forth the minium provisions for release of performance bonds for non-coal surface mining and reclamation operations, except for limited use permits. This includes the filing, notice, and hearing requirements, and the standards by which applications for release shall be evaluated.
