This Chapter, consisting of Subchapters 1 through 5 and 7 through 65, adopted from Chapter II of 30 CFR [Public Law 95-87, 91 Stat. 445 (30 U.S.C. Section 1201 et seq.)], establishs the procedure through which the Director of the Department of Mines of the State of Oklahoma will implement the Coal Reclamation Act of 1979, SB 299 of 1979 (45 O.S. Supp. 1980, Section 742.1 et seq.).
