SECTION 460:20-15-6.3. Review of applicant, operator, and ownership and control information

- (a) The Department will rely upon the information that the applicant is required to submit under Section 460:20-15-6.5, information from AVS, and any other available information, to review the applicant's and its operator's organizational structure and ownership or control relationships.(b) The Department must conduct the review required under paragraph (a) of this Section before making a permit eligibility determination under 460:20-15-6.6 of this Subchapter.
