SECTION 460:20-37-5. Form of the performance bond

Latest version.

  The Department shall prescribe the form of the performance bond. The Department may allow for:
(1)   A surety bond;
(2)   A collateral bond;
(3)   A self-bond; or
(4)   A combination of any of these bonding methods.
