SECTION 460:20-51-2. Objectives

  The objectives of this Subchapter are to:
(1)   Enhance coal recovery;
(2)   Reclaim the land to equal or higher postmining use; and
(3)   Protect and enhance environmental and other values protected under the Act and this Chapter.
