SECTION 465:10-1-7. Consideration of other applications for license

Latest version.

All other applications received for licenses by the Commission (representative, salesperson, and off premise) shall be reviewed by the Executive Director. In reviewing these applications for licenses, the Executive Director shall follow the same procedures as outlined above for review of initial licenses.
