SECTION 465:10-3-4. Changes to be reported

Latest version.

Any proposed change by a dealer, manufacturer, or distributor, including but not limited to: name, address, ownership or franchises sold, shall be submitted to the Commission, in writing, along with the appropriate documentation. Sufficient advance notice shall be given for the Commission to act in accordance with the applicable statutes and rules.
