SECTION 465:10-5-3. Duty to comply with registration laws

The Commission shall deem it to be a fraudulent practice and grounds for denial of an application or for revocation or suspension of a license previously granted or for the imposition of a fine for any of its licensees to violate any of the provisions of the Oklahoma Vehicle License and Registration Act, 47 O.S.
