SECTION 475:1-5-2. Burden of proof

Latest version.

At any hearing for the limitation, conditioning, denial, suspension or revocation of a registration, or the assessing of a fine the Oklahoma State Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control shall have the burden of proving by clear and convincing evidence that the requirements for such registration are not satisfied pursuant to Title 63 O.S. §§ 2-302 through 2-304.
