SECTION 475:1-5-9. Report and record

- (a) As soon as practicable after the time for the parties to file proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law has expired, the hearing officer shall prepare a report containing the following:(1) His/Her findings of fact and conclusions of law with the reasons therefor.(2) His/Her recommendation.(b) The hearing officer shall certify to the Director the record, which shall contain the recording of the testimony, exhibits, the findings of fact and conclusions of law proposed by the parties, and his/her report. Upon receipt of the certified record, the Director shall cause one (1) copy of the report of the hearing officer to be delivered to each party to the hearing.
