SECTION 475:25-1-7. Biennial inventory date

- Every two (2) years following the date on which the initial inventory is taken by a registrant, the registrant shall take a new inventory of all stocks of controlled dangerous substances on hand. The biennial inventory may be taken:(1) on the day of the year on which the initial inventory was taken; or(2) on the registrant's regular general physical inventory date, as long as the date chosen does not exceed two (2) years from the last inventory date.
