SECTION 475:40-1-2. Authority to make inspections

- (1) Inspecting, copying, and verifying the correctness of records, reports, or other documents required to be kept or made, including, but not limited to, inventory, patient records, and other records required to be kept pursuant to the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, this Title, the Code of Federal Regulations governing controlled dangerous substances, or OAC 310:681-5-6; order form records required to be kept pursuant to Title 63 Okl.St.Ann. § 2-308 and other applicable state statutes and rules; prescriptions and distribution records required to be kept pursuant to Title 63 Okl.St.Ann. § 2-307 and other applicable state statutes and rules; shipping records identifying the name of each carrier used; and the date and quantity of each storage.(2) Inspecting within reasonable limits and in a reasonable manner all pertinent equipment, finished and unfinished controlled dangerous substances, and other substances or materials, containers, and labeling found at the controlled premises relating to the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act and this Title.(3) Making a physical inventory of all controlled dangerous substances on hand at the premises.(4) Collecting samples of controlled dangerous substances or precursors (in the event any samples are collected during an inspection, the peace officer or officer so authorized shall issue a receipt for such samples to the owner, operator or agent in charge of the premises).
