SECTION 490:1-3-3. Meeting of the Board

- (a) All proceedings of the Board shall be held and conducted in compliance with the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act.(b) Regularly scheduled meetings shall be held at a time and place designated by the Chair.(c) The Secretary-Treasurer shall notify the membership of the time and place of all regularly- scheduled meetings at least five (5) working days prior to the date of said meeting.(d) Special meetings may be called at any time by the Chair and shall be called if requested by a majority of the members of the Executive Committee or at the request of a majority of the membership of the Board. The Secretary-Treasurer shall notify the Board of the time, place and business to be transacted at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the time set for the special meeting.
