SECTION 510:1-5-9. Hearing records

- (a) An electronic record will be made of all hearings conducted by the Board. A transcript of the proceedings shall not be made except upon the written application and payment of a deposit sufficient to pay for having the record transcribed, according to the provisions of Title 75 O.S., Section 309.(b) The record of the hearing and the file containing the pleadings will be maintained in the Board's office. Tape recordings of the proceedings shall be maintained for one year unless the proceedings are the subject of a judicial appeal. In that case they will be preserved until the final disposition of the appeal.
