SECTION 515:3-3-5. Drug offenses

Eligibility. Offenders in the custody of the Department of Corrections for violations of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act shall have their parole eligibility calculated in accordance with the Act. Specifically the provisions of 63 O.S. § 2-401 shall be applicable.
