SECTION 515:3-9-1. Docket placement by the Board

Latest version.

(a) With the concurrence of three members of the Pardon and Parole Board, an offender may be placed on a docket earlier than those prescribed above so long as the offender is not subject to any mandatory terms as described in Subchapter 3 above.
(b) The members of the Pardon and Parole Board may with a majority vote set off any offender's reconsideration for up to five years.
