SECTION 535:1-11-3. Practical experience licenses and certificates

Latest version.

  Practical experience license and certificate fees, as set by the Board, shall be as follows:
(1)   Intern certificate - $100
(2)   Training area certificate - $25
(3)   Training area renewal - $10
(4)   Preceptor certificate - $25
(5)   Preceptor renewal - $10
