SECTION 535:1-5-6. Availability of records

- (a) Document location. All rules and other written statements of policy or interpretations formulated, adopted or used by the Board in the discharge of its functions and all final orders, decisions and opinions will be made available for public inspection at the principal office during regular office hours.(b) Official records. Copies of official records of the Board may be madeand certified by the Director or his designee according to the fee schedule enacted by the Board. Any Board records or material in the Board's offices protected from disclosure by state law shall not be released.
