SECTION 535:15-6-9. Emergency room pre-packaged medications formulary

- (a) Each hospital drug room may choose the medicines to be included in their emergency room (ER) pre-packaged medications formulary within the requirements and limits listed below. This formulary shall be included within the policies and procedures of the hospital drug room.
