SECTION 540:25-1-5. Assistance to physicians in evaluating communities

  The Physician Manpower Training Commission will perform the following procedures in helping a physician to evaluate a community:
(1)   The Physician Manpower Training Commission provides physicians with guidelines to be used to help the physician assess a community as a prospective practice site.
(2)   The staff members of the Physician Manpower Training Commission may refer interested physicians to responsible individuals who might be the source of information.
