SECTION 540:30-13-5. Additional course of study

Any scholarship recipient who graduates from a course of study must first fulfill the required service obligation connected with that course of study before being considered for a scholarship for an upward mobility course of study, unless the recipient only received one year of financial assistance and can complete an upward mobility course of study within the period of a second year. An "upward mobility course of study" for the purpose of this rule shall be defined as a course of study for a nursing degree beyond a nursing degree already held by the applicant.
