SECTION 540:30-15-6. Transfer of student

(a) The Commission may approve the transfer of students receiving loans from one school to another or from one institution to another upon a written request documented in accordance with requirements by the Commission.
(b) If approved, the financial assistance and the practice commitment will be adjusted as appropriate.
