SECTION 540:30-15-7. Subsequent disability of recipient

In the event of a loan recipient becoming mentally or physically disabled after incurring a loan obligation, a recipient may apply to the Commission for a waiver, deferment or suspension of any loan obligation. Deferments and suspensions shall be reviewed not less than once annually by the Commission.
