SECTION 545:25-1-2. Suspension

Latest version.

(a) The Board by its' written order and in its' discretion, at any time and for a period not exceeding three (3) years may suspend any license to practice podiatry heretofore issued and remaining effective under the provisions of the Act or hereafter issued under the applicable laws for any one or more of the grounds or causes provided for revocation of such a license by the applicable laws.
(b) Suspension of license under this Chapter is subject to the Act and the Administrative Procedures Act.
