SECTION 55:10-17-1. Purpose

These Rules provide for a continuing education program to insure that all Architects and Landscape Architects licensed in the state and Registered Interior Designers remain informed of technical and professional subjects that the Board deems appropriate to the practice of architecture, landscape architecture and interior design to safeguard life, health, and promote the public welfare.
