SECTION 580:10-5-10. Enforcement of rules

- The rules for the "Use of the Public Areas of the Capitol and Plazas" and for the "Use of the State Capitol Park", as promulgated by the Department of Central Services and set out in Subchapters 5 and 7 of Chapter 10 of Title 580 of the Oklahoma Administrative Code, are applicable to the State Capitol Park and State Capitol Complex. The Department of Public Safety shall have the exclusive authority to enforce these rules. A violation of a rule shall be a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one (1) year, or by a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
