EDITOR’S NOTE: This emergency action expired without being superseded by a permanent action. Upon expiration of an emergency action revoking a Section, the last effective permanent text of the Section is reinstated. Therefore, on 7-15-05 (after the 7-14-05 expiration of the emergency action), the text of 580:45-1-19 reverted back to the permanent text that was effective prior to the 6-4-04 enactment of emergency action, as was last published in the 2001 Edition of the OAC, and remained as such until revoked by permanent action on 7-13-06.
