SECTION 585:30-1-1. Purpose

The rules of this chapter have been adopted for the purpose of providing information concerning the filing of unfair labor practice charges, answers, counterclaims and motions, and the informal disposition of such claims, pursuant to Section 51-104b of the FPAA.
