SECTION 585:30-1-6. Informal disposition

(a) Any unfair labor practice case case commenced with the Board may be informally settled by stipulation, agreed settlement, consent order, default, or by any other method agreed upon by the parties in writing.
(b) Evidence of any proposed offer of settlement of an unfair labor practice complaint shall be inadmissible at the hearing thereon.
