SECTION 595:10-7-12. Penalties to persons not licensed by State
Latest version.
- Any person who is not licensed to drive by the State of Oklahoma shall be subject to receiving points on a driving record in like manner of a person licensed to drive by the State of Oklahoma. In the event such person's driving record totals ten (10) points, the privilege to operate a motor vehicle in Oklahoma shall be suspended in like manner as a person who is licensed by this State is suspended. The Department's authority to suspend will be provided by 47 O.S. § 6-202, 6-203 and 6-206.
