SECTION 595:10-7-13. Scope of suspensions, conviction

Suspension, as used in these regulations shall include all suspensions during the previous five (5) years except as otherwise provided in these regulations. The term conviction as used in these regulations shall mean a final conviction. Also a forfeiture of bail or collateral deposited to secure a defendant's appearance in court, which forfeiture has not been vacated, shall be equivalent to a conviction.
