SECTION 595:10-7-4. Warning letter

When any person's driving record totals five (5) or six (6) points, the Department may mail a warning letter to the person advising of his point accumulation. Failure of airy person to receive such letter shall not prevent future Departmental action on such person's privilege to drive. If the person is a minor, the Department may send a similar letter to the minor's parents or guardian for their information.
