SECTION 595:11-9-1. Purpose

The purpose of this Subchapter is to establish procedures for the Driver Status Notification System which shall provide to approved employers a method of electronically inquiring or being notified of the status of employee drivers and prospective employee drivers and receiving automated notifications on changes in the status of records of employee drivers.
