SECTION 595:50-3-1. Definitions

Words and terms, when used in this Subchapter, shall have the same meaning as defined in 47 O.S. §15-112, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
"Missing one or more limbs," as used in the definition for "physical disability" in 47 O.S. §15-112(A)(2), means missing one or more limbs which impairs the person's mobility [23 C.F.R., Part 1235].
