SECTION 605:10-3-4.1. Broker associate applicant; experience

- (a) No individual shall be licensed as a real estate broker associate unless in addition to the other requirements in the Code, he or she has served two years, or its equivalent, as a licensed real estate provisional sales associate and/or sales associate, with and under the instructions and guidance of a licensed real estate broker of this state or any other state at least twenty-four (24) months within the five (5) year period immediately prior to the filing of his or her application for license as a real estate broker associate in Oklahoma.(b) An application submitted for the purpose of seeking a license to function as a real estate broker associate shall not be accepted for filing by the Commission until such applicant has completed the two (2) year licensure requirement on or before the date such application is submitted.
