SECTION 612:10-7-158. Training for individuals in custody of the Department of Corrections

DVR and DSBVI funds are not used to defray the cost of training for individuals in the custody of the Department of Corrections. This does not apply to individuals who meet the criteria set forth within a joint memorandum of understanding between DRS and the Department of Corrections.
