SECTION 650:45-5-3. Funding terms

- (a) Competition dates. Dates for funding competitions will be announced by OIT prior to the Solicitation for proposals.(b) Allocations. The OIT Trustees shall approve the amount allocated for each funding competition for expenditure by the OSTRaD Board.(c) Contract periods. The length of a contract shall not be less than one (1) year. The contract period shall be recommended by the OIT Board and approved by the OSTRaD Board.(d) Additional funding terms. Any additional funding terms shall be recommended by the OIT Board, approved by the OSTRaD Board and announced in the Solicitations.
