SECTION 655:10-15-1. Publication dates and filing/acceptance deadlines

(a)   Publication dates. The Register is published on the first working day of each month and on the first working day following the 14th day of each month.
(b)   Filing/acceptance deadlines. For Register filing and acceptance deadlines, see 655:10-9-3.
(c)   Schedule of publication dates and filing/acceptance deadlines. The Secretary of State shall issue a schedule of publication dates and filing and acceptance deadlines prior to the beginning of each new volume of the Register [see 655:10-15-2], and shall publish the schedule on the OAR's website.
