SECTION 655:20-1-5. Availability of business entity information

Latest version.

(a)   Personnel in the Office of the, Secretary of State will give information on a maximum of five (5) business entities to the public making such request in person. If a walk-in customer has more than five (5) record search requests, they must leave a list and return for the information at a time given to them. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for each record search. (18 O.S. 1142)
(b)   Telephone inquiries for name availability shall be limited to three (3) per call.
(c)   Telephone inquiries for record searches shall be limited to three (3) per call.
