SECTION 660:11-5-19. Piecemeal filings

Latest version.

An application for initial registration or renewal of registration as a broker-dealer, broker-dealer agent, broker-dealer principal or issuer agent shall not be deemed to have been filed until all of the documentation required by 660:11-5-11 or 660:11-5-12 is submitted, or is otherwise made available, to the Department and payment of the proper fees is made. Such documentation shall be in completed form.
